Refund Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
We provide detailed course information, previews, free learning resources, and clear expectations so learners can make informed choices before enrolling. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Course Purchases Are Final
CodeBitByBit courses are digital products. Once course access has been granted, purchases are final and cannot be refunded. This applies to individual courses, course bundles, cohorts and workshops, digital learning products, and future paid educational content offered through the platform. Unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise, all purchases are considered non-refundable after access is provided.
2. Learn Before You Buy
We want learners to feel confident before purchasing. To help you evaluate a course, we provide free courses and learning resources, course previews and sample lessons where available, detailed course descriptions, curriculum outlines and learning outcomes, and skill-level guidance for beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced users. In many cases, our teaching style and content can also be explored through free resources and selected third-party learning platforms before making a purchase. Because learners can review the course quality, structure, and teaching approach before checkout, we do not offer refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, learning pace, career outcomes, or satisfaction expectations.
3. Billing Issues and Payment Errors
While course purchases are non-refundable, genuine billing mistakes will always be reviewed fairly. If you believe you experienced a duplicate charge, a failed transaction that was still debited, a payment gateway error, a currency conversion or display issue, or any other technical billing problem, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order email address, transaction reference or payment ID, payment date, and a brief description of the issue. Verified billing errors may be corrected or refunded when appropriate.
4. Cohort-Specific Launch Policy
The AI Full Stack Engineer Live Bootcamp has a separate cohort launch policy: learners may request an 80% refund within the first 14 days after cohort access starts. This cohort exception applies only when it is stated on the cohort offer page or checkout materials. After the 14-day cohort window, access is final except for verified duplicate charges, failed transaction debits, payment gateway errors, or billing mistakes.
5. Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. For security reasons, CodeBitByBit does not store complete card numbers, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information. Available payment methods, currencies, EMI options, approval rules, and checkout experiences may vary depending on your country, payment provider, and device.
6. Need Help Before Purchasing?
If you're unsure whether a course is the right fit, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions about course difficulty level, prerequisites, learning outcomes, device compatibility, time commitment, and recommended learning path. Our goal is to help you choose the right course before checkout so you can purchase with confidence. Contact: [email protected]
7. Our Commitment
We focus on creating practical, high-quality educational content at fair and accessible pricing. Instead of relying on refund-based purchasing decisions, we invest in transparency through previews, detailed course information, free learning resources, and clear expectations so learners can make informed choices before enrolling.
